Tuesday’s WOD:

5 Rounds

3 Power Clean

3 Front Squat

3 Push Jerk

Rest 2 mins between rounds, No Dropping the bar during the round, Increase weight each round.  If you do put the bar down during the round, keep track and do 5 burpees for each time you put the weight down at the end of the workout.
