Reminder: Yoga starts tomorrow.  11:30am until 12:30pm.  This will count as one of your classes for the week.  Non-members are welcome and can pay the drop in fee of 15 dollars.  Come to class to improve your flexibility and stability.

    Probably 30kg. I may need to do this at home. Any alternative to toes to bar? Im only working with the pull up bar in the door frame.
