Thanks to those of you that let me know Test It Out Tuesday actually is being read and partially considered!  The water recommendation is a rough estimate, but works pretty well.  Obviously on heavy exercise or work days, drink more.

I got an email question that I will put together a post on to answer for everyone and thought I would ask what you would like to know more about.  Are there things you would like to see posted here?  Yes, they can be ridiculous, just not offensive.

Reminder, this Saturday is our Minute To Win It party at 6pm.  Potluck style and definitely BYOB.  This will be a lot of fun, so bring it!  There have been some minor changes to the schedule for the kids program and I added the Monday night Olympic class, check out the schedule.

Why I pull a muscle twice now when using a resistance band, but I can lift over 100lbs with weights with never an injury…it’s a conundrum…..signed your’s truly, getting afraid of those innocent looking rubber things. :)-
