“Murph”   quarter/half/full

800m Run/1 Mile Run/1 Mile Run

25 Pull Ups/50/100

50 Push Ups/100/200

75 Squats/150/300

800m Run/1 Mile Run/1 Mile Run

*Choose the option that is most appropriate for your level.  Push yourselves outside of your comfort zone while being smart.  Have fun!  Cut off will be 45mins.

The WOD is technically a “slick” Murph if it’s without a 20 lbs vest/ pack/ body armor
