7 Rounds

7 Handstand Push Ups  (modification is pike push ups ONLY)

7 Thrusters (wt: 61kg/43kg)

7 Knees to Elbows

7 Deadlifts (wt: 61kg/43kg)

7 Burpees

7 Pull Ups

*this one is pretty darn tough.  Please be smart and scale weight or rounds if needed.  Time Cap 35min.
