Thursday’s WOD:

Box Squat: 3RM, drop to 80% for an AMRAP.  Please pay close attention to your form and listen to your coaches.  These are only beneficial if you are doing them correctly.  Also, to truly hit a max or even near max, you must trust your spotters.  If you are uncomfortable spotting or being spotted, please call a coach over to assist.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10min

15 Box Jumps (24/20in)

9 Push Press  (50/35kg)

6 Toes 2 Bar

*scale the weight as needed.  Work on those toes 2 bar.
