Ernie and I are taking off on tomorrow for the World Master’s Games!  Thank  you all so much for the support mentally and financially.  We will do our very best to showcase our hard work and love of the sport.

Thursday’s WOD:

Strength: Sumo Deadlift 3x5reps @80% of 1RM, if you do not have a 1RM DL or Sumo DL, work up to a heavy weight and stay there for 3 sets.

Conditioning:

Trunk Tabata Goodness

Hollow Holds

Side Plank

Single Leg Deadlift (w/ KB, as heavy as you can do with good form)

Double Unders
