Monday’s WOD:

Strength/Skill: Clean/FS/FS:  5sets increasing each set as able, should end up moderate to heavy on the clean.

Conditioning:

6 Russian KB Swings (70/53lbs)

8 Box Jumps  (30in/24in)

AMRAP 1min of the above, then 1 min of front or side planks during your “rest”.  Repeat 5x.  You score is total number of reps: example every round is 14 reps (6+8), I do 1+6 all 5 times, my score is 100.  Have fun!
