Try this Tangy BBQ Ribs recipe, you’ll love it!

INGREDIENTS:

4 pounds pork spareribs

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup rum

1/2 cup chile sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Cut the ribs into serving size portions. Wrap ribs in a foil, making a packet. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Unwrap and drain dripping.  Place ribs in a 9 x 13 glass container.
  2. In a bowl mix together the brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rum, chile sauce, garlic, mustard, pepper and salt. Pour onto ribs and coat. Marinade at room temperature for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place ribs on gril and cook  for 30 minutes, basting with marinade.
