Friday’s WOD:

Strength:  KB Bent Over Rows 5×5 as heavy as you can, you can increase each set, no failing however.  Use support like a box or bench.  One arm at a time.

Conditioning:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Burpees

Ring Rows (Rx is with feet on the box)

 

Cash Out: 100 Band Elbow Extensions (push down)
