Hope you had a wonderful day!  We are back at it tomorrow with a Hero WOD that so many of you love.  This will be added to our Records Board, HOWEVER this WOD is difficult and should not be entered into lightly.  Make sure you are ready for this kind of weight before you attempt this.  If in doubt, ask.

Thursday’s WOD:


Sumo Deadlift 3×5 reps @~80% 1RM.  This could be from the conventional or sumo 1RM, if you don’t have one, work up to a weight that feels heavy and stick with it for all three sets.  15mins to accomplish this.

9  Hang Power Cleans

6 Push Jerks

WT: 70kg/50kg

*Scale the weight as needed.  Time cap of 22mins.
