I have been unable to take the computer off of the games to write anything.  They are over now and I
must return to my duties.  If you didn’t see any of the games coverage, go over to the games site and
check out the photos.  There were so many amazing performances.  Don’t be surprised when a lot
of those workouts show up this week.

30 Double Unders
15 Sit Ups
30 yd Walking Lunge
