Turkish Get Ups 15 on each side, go up in weight as you like.


4 Rounds: 2min on/1min off

200m Run

40 Double Unders

*Rx+: Do the same reps in 1:30 and rest 1:30.

*If you do not complete your double unders, you just rest.  No penalties or such.  120 Singles.  If you are unable to jump or run, please see the board for the modification.  It will be great.
