Reminder:  Tomorrow we have rowing classes at 6:30pm and 7pm.  The 6:30pm is full, but the 7pm has spots open.  Please register online to hold your spot.

Wednesday’s WOD:

A.  Strict Pull Up Ladder: 1 the first min, 2 the next minute, and so on until you are unable to complete the number.  No kipping.

B.  Pikes Ladder: same as above.  If these are easy for you, elevate your feet on a box or thera-ball.

C:  30 Plate Burpees For Time: use a 15kg/10kg.
