Wednesday’s WOD:

Skill:

Turkish Get Ups: 15 total on each side, increase as able.

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

16 Plate Stationary Lunges (15kg/10kg)

16 Plate Burpees (15kg/10kg)

*Scale weight as needed.  You may hold the plate however you like.
