WOD:
 
4 rounds
400m run
10 pull ups
 
You have 3 or 4 mins to complete each round depending on your level.
If you don’t make the time cut off, 10 burpees.
 
FYI, Heather and I will be in a weightlifting competition on July 3rd in Cotati, Ca.
