PRs all over the place tonight.  Wonderful job everyone. 
 
"Friendly Competition"
Just a quick note about competition.  For some their internal drive is enough to push them to achieve personal records, win races, etc.  For others of us, a little competition really gets us moving.  Find someone or look up good times for particular workouts and give yourself a little competition.  You will probably see your times improve, weights go up, and have a lot of fun too.  Remember this is for improved performance and improved experience, if you start feeling defeated because you never win, let’s regroup.
