Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s WODs are Player’s Choice.  Please choose a max effort and then a WOD that you would like to complete prior to the end of 2014.  Tuesday should be upper body and Wednesday should be lower.  If you haven’t a clue what you would like to do or you are brand new, we will have a suggested WOD for you.  Think about anything that you would really like to see your progress in or a particular goal you’ve had this year.  Have fun!
It’s winter in the bay area…the mornings are chilly and our body needs food to keep it warm and healthy.  I know I know…it’s not as cold as say the midwest but it’s still chilly.  With the winter cold that means trying to focus on warming foods for the soul and not consuming as many wet/cold damp things.

Reduce the intake of ice cream, sorbets, well any frozen treats, iced beverages, raw veggies (even juicing), etc.  Stick to these in the warmer months think spring through early fall.
Increase warming foods/spices into your diet to keep your immune system up and your metabolism churning!
