1lb boneless chicken thigh

lb ground beef

1/2 lb pork belly
6 oz. asparagus chopped
4 mexican squash chopped
2 cups chopped spinach
1/2 cup green peas
1/3 lb jalapeño peppers chopped
1/3 lb sweet chili chopped
8 oz. sliced mushrooms of your choosing
8 vine ripened tomatoes
2 chopped red onions
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 dried thai pepper
cumin, thyme, thai basil, sea salt, crushed black pepper, cinnamon
raw honey
cut chicken and pork belly into small pieces and brown with the onion, mushroom, and garlic.
carefully cut open and chop thai pepper and jalapeño and puree with 5 tomatoes.
add browned meat and tomato puree to stock pot and allow to boil over medium heat.
once boiling, begin adding vegetables to pot and stir.
once fully mixed, allow to simmer for 2-4 hours.
30 minutes prior to end of simmer, add spices and honey to taste.

Lift:  Deficit Deadlifts 6x5reps at 50-60% of 1RM
KB Swings  (wt: 53lb, 35lb.  Rx+: 70lb, 53lb)
Ring Rows  (to be Rx on these, your body must be parallel to ground which means you will need a box)
*one the deficit deadlifts, you may only do this if you are able to assume proper posture in the start of a normal deadlift.  to create the deficity you will stand on 10 kilo plates.  your focus is to be tight before you even leave the floor.  KEEP IT TIGHT, PEOPLE!
