Well, it looks like you early birds will be even earlier.  The votes are in and the majority is for moving the class times up to 5 and 6am.  This will begin in Dec.  This will also move the morning basics up to 7am which might be helpful for those that would like to attend in the morning.  These changes will all start Dec. 2.  There will be more minor changes coming in Dec.  I will post all of those in the coming days.

Friday’s WOD:

Skill:

Rope Climbs!  Don’t worry if you can’t even imagine climbing a rope.  We will have all levels.  Please wear pants and/or long socks.

Conditioning:

4 Rounds of 2 min AMRAP/1 min “Rest”

5 Handstand Push Ups  (Sub Pike Push Ups if needed)

8 Ring Rows  (Rx is feet on a box)

*During your 1min of rest you will be doing a jog on the turf.

Anyone new to rope climbs you can do it!! I just got to do 5 rope climbs in a WOD down here in San Diego a couple days ago- AWESOME- so absolutely fun! I should be back in S.L. in 1-2 weeks- can’t wait to see the new place!
