Class updates: Yoga is now at 5:30pm on Tuesdays. Please sign up online prior to class to ensure you have a spot. Rowing is every Wednesday at 6:30pm and 7pm. You also must sign up online for this course. Make sure you check it out. We had someone PR their 500m after learning some technique from this class.
