Now that the World Cup is over and the All Star game is over, what will you do for sporting entertainment?  How about the most exciting sports in the world to watch???  Weightlifting and the CrossFit Games.  The US National Weightlifting Championships are this weekend in Salt Lake City.  There will be a live stream so you can enjoy every minute of the championships!  The CrossFit Games start next week on Tuesday the 22nd.  There will be some amazing performances.

Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:

Back Squat 3×3 @90%ish or the same weight as 6/12/14

Conditioning:

6 Rounds 1 min off/1 min on

12 Front Rack Stationary Lunge  (Rx: 43kg/30kg Rx+: 50kg/35kg)

12 Russian KB Swings  (70/53lbs)

*Use the weight that is appropriate for your current level.

** If you do not complete the full round in the minute, you will earn a shuttle run that you will do DURING your 1min break.  A shuttle run will be from one end of turf to middle/back/to the other end/back.  Pick your feet up!
