Rowing: Will be weekly on Thursdays at 6:30pm-7:00pm and 7:00pm-7:30pm
The class focuses on proper technique, building endurance on the rower, and strategies for WODs with rowing in them. You will only row during the class. You will see improvements in your trunk strength, leg strength, cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance, and technique. Individuals with no prior experience are welcome.
