3. When telling someone what you do, your next response is usually “No, it’s not like bodybuilding.”

Strength: DB Shoulder Press 5RM

Conditioning:

AMRAP 20 min

5 Handstand Push Ups  (NOON class stay off the shared wall! I am watching you)

10 Pistols  (alternating)

15 Pull Ups
