Skill:

Single Arm Overhead Squat: 5x 3-5 reps each side, you can increase each round if you like.  Be safe.

Conditioning:

2-3 Rounds

30 Wall Balls

20 RKB Swings (heavy for you ex: 70/53lbs)

800m Run
