Sorry the post didn’t go up last night.  Computer does not always want to work for me.  You know what is working for a lot of us?  The food challenge.  Some of you have already seen gains in energy, fat loss, increased sexiness!  Keep up the good work.  You may have noticed some recipes posted that were from  Check his website out, there is a whole post on snacks that might help some of you get ideas.  It’s in his archives, if you search snacks you should find it.
