Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
 
 
A note about water.  DRINK IT!  Stay hydrated, these workouts are intense and need your intense attention to recovery and taking care of yourself from the inside out.
