Overhead Squats

CrossFit trains functional movements. A perfect example is me carrying this box spring down a few stairs and on uneven terrain. Overhead lunges, overhead squats, etc. combine not only strength, but balance/stability. This felt light to me and my trunk was rock solid. Think of all the activities that we do in everyday life that we simulate during or daily WODs.
