First of all, I would like to thank everyone for your dedication and hard work here at CrossFit San Leandro. Each and every day I am inspired when I see you push your limits to hit that new PR on your lifts or in your WODs. 2010 has come to an end and for 2011 I would like to encourage all of you to continue to push yourselves. I would like you to reflect on your resolutions and transform them into tangible goals. Resolutions die off within weeks or even days; goals have a longer shelf life. If for 2011, you want to get that beach body, or hit those top times, seriously consider your eating habits as well as your training. The two go hand in hand. If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask your instructors. We are here to help you reach your goals. =)
