Thursday’s WOD:

Strength: Hang Power Snatch 3x on the minute every minute for 7mins.  wt choices: 50kg, 40kg, 30kg, 20kg, bar.

Conditioning:

Overhead Squats 10  (wt: 45kg, 30kg)

Stiff Legged Deadlifts w/ KB 10  (70lbs, 53lbs)

AFTER:  Good mornings with empty bar: 50reps total
