Strength:

Back Squat: find a 3RM, then drop to 80% for AMRAP. 25mins to complete.
Conditioning:

15-12-9 Reps

Snatch Grip Deadlift (43kg/30kg. Rx+: 50kg/35kg) (should feel light)

Overhead Squat (43kg/30kg. Rx+: 50kg/35kg) (should not feel that light)

Toes to Bar

*Please make sure you get warm before you Overhead squat.
