Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:

Box Squat 3×5@75% of best back or box squat.  If you do not know, work up to a weight that feels heavy on the fourth and fifth rep.

Conditioning:

EMOM x 6 mins do 3reps of clean and jerk at 60-70% of your best clean and jerk.  Again, if you do not have a best, choose a weight that is about 60% effort.  You may split or push jerk.
