Strength:  20mins

Back Squat: 4x8reps @ ~70% of best back squat.

Conditioning/More Like Strength: Compare to 9/11/14:  CAP 20 mins.

7 Rounds of the following (NOT FOR TIME, FOR LOAD):

5 Deadlifts

3 Front Squats

2 Jerks

1 Thruster

*You choose the weight and increase every round as you are able.  Thruster will be limiting movement, so base you starting point off the thruster.
