The CrossFit Games Open’s first WOD will be released tomorrow. What are your predictions?
Remember, please come out to support your teammates, even if you have no interest in participating in the open yourself. We will have heats of people going between Thursday and Monday every week for the next five weeks. Look up on the metal board at the front of the room to see what times. The main group will complete the WOD on Saturdays at 10:30am. We could use help judging and such.
