I have been working on a post similar to the one I linked below and decided I wouldn’t reinvent the wheel. This article is primarily geared toward people who want to win at all costs, I would like to also highlight those of us that short change ourselves during the warm ups and WODs for no good reason other than we are tired. Remember, you are here to achieve a goal and shortchanging yourself will not help you achieve that goal. Even if it seems minor. Example: I do not like warming up, ask anyone that trains with me regularly. Yesterday, I “just didn’t feel like doing three rounds” of the warm up and stopped at two. Guess what? I pulled a muscle from not being warm enough. I short changed myself and then had immediate karma for that choice. Let’s agree to STOP short changing ourselves!
Thursday’s WOD:

Word. The walls have eyes so if you can’t do it for yourself, do it so you don’t look like a punk.
