Reminder: We have CPR certification here this Saturday.  Sign up at the gym.    Sunday NO classes.  We will be having the Baby Shower WOD and potluck for the twins from 10am-12ish.  We will draw names once you get here for your teammate.  This is going to be fun!  The buy in for the WOD is a gift certificate for the babies.   Please direct questions to Joanie.

Also, on Monday July 30th we will host the “31 Heroes” WOD.  Please visit 31heroes.com to register.  We will obviously scale the WOD.

This looked so fun!! I will have to do this one & Monday’s workout from this week next week at the open gym!
