We have someone pregnant in our CFSL family, she will go nameless, but congrats!  Pregnant and still want to do crossfit?  Check out www.crossfitmom.com.  Always get clearance from your doctor before starting a program when you are pregnant and listen to your body.  If an exercise doesn’t feel comfortable, DON’T DO IT.
