All the holiday food can sometimes make you feel like Duncan below.  Be smart at parties: get one plate of food vs. nibbling mindlessly for hours,  eat something healthy prior to a party where dinner isn’t being served but you know there will be snacks and alcohol, drink one glass of water for every glass of alcohol.  And don’t be Duncan.
