Hang Power Snatch:  Work up to a heavy single if your technique is good and safe.  If you need more practice, 6x1reps at a moderate weight.

Conditioning:

Goblet Squats  (Rx: 53lbs/35lbs.  Rx+: 70lbs/53lbs)

Side Plank

Box Jumps  (24in/20in)

Straight Leg Raise on Bar

*if unable to keep legs straight, bend knees on leg raises.
