Thursday’s WOD:

A.  3min “Grace”:  The Grace workout is 30 power clean and jerks at 61kg/43kg.  Choose a weight that will allow you to finish under the 3min time frame.

B. AMRAP 20min

5 Push Ups  (Rx+ Clapping Push Ups)

5 Strict Pull Ups

10 DB Push Press

400m run
