Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:

Sumo Deadlift 3×5@80%

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

10 Goblet Squats (Rx:53lbs/35lbs.  Rx+:70lbs/53lbs)

10 Box Jumps (lower than you usually use: 20/16-ish)

10 Sationary Lunges (5 each leg)

Just wanted to say HI from Andriana in Sonora! Miss you guys. I do love my new box too though- just wanted to tell you guys that I am frequently commended on my form, and I always tell them it’s because you guys taught me right. I didn’t know a thing about lifting prior to crossfit.

Just as of this last week I can now string my toes 2 bar together, like 10-15 at a time!! Did like 70 of them at a WOD a few days ago. A little triumph that took me over 2 years to achieve. Also been meaning to send you guys a photo- my son drew a stick figure picture of Marcus and Joni with their barbells awhile back- it’s so cute.

I still don’t have my muscle up- oh well I’ll get there.

Oh I can also do butterfly pull up kipping now too! I was able to start doing that about 6 weeks ago.

Anyway- I do miss the largeness of SL crossfit – but we will be moving into a larger facility ourselves this next month – I guess Crossfit is just the best, so every box keeps growing. 🙂
