A. Muscle Up Transitions: just like last week.
B. Overhead Squats with Bands: 7x3reps This is a light weight with bands holding weights on the sides to help with stability and positioning.
C. AMRAP 5min: 10 Lunge Jumps 10 Single Leg V-Ups. There should be no rest!
