Also, as you read this I am on my way to St. Louis to visit the kids from Lift For Life Gym and bring them all the goodies you guys brought for them.  Thank you all so much for getting behind these organizations.  Our contributions make a big impact.  I will send pictures as able.  Right this moment I am probably in Las Vegas hitting the slots!

I look after i hit the WOD. I also look at archived posts for valuable information such as: “if youre not pooping 3 + times a day, youre not eating enough!” You always have 100% of my support, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!.
