I usually like to post articles or ideas about food only. This one is a little different, it’s about reasons to shed some pounds. We usually get stuck on looking good or avoiding the new big, scary thing that medical people come up with. Think about the simpler reasons to live at a body weight that is appropriate for your body type, height, etc.
