Le Tour de France had me so worked up I forgot to put up the WOD for yesterday. 
 
So yesterday was:

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 rep rounds of:
185 (135 w) pound Front squat
Sit-up

Obviously, scale down the weight as necessary and the modified version of the reps would be 21-15-9-3.

Today’s WOD:

Fight Gone Bad, 3 rounds, subbed jump rope for row.

Alright, the games are upon us in a little over 24 hours.  The tour and the games in one week?  How can I handle this? 

We have a new delivery at the gym and I am so excited to have everyone using them next week.
