Strength: DB Bench 3×8-10reps as heavy as possible.  (please don’t drop the DBs)

Skill/Conditioning:  Repeat this twice.

Max Strict Pull Ups Immediately Followed by Max Kipping Pull ups

Rest 3 minutes

Max Strict Pull Ups Immediately Followed by Max Toes to Bar

Rest 3 minutes

*No mixed grip on the above.  (mixed grip is one hand forward and one hand backward)
