People ask us frequently about how to lose weight or lean up.  Inevitably I have to ask about alcohol consumption.  Not because I think all of you are a bunch of boozers, but because I know what tipping a few back will do to your waistline.  I pulled two articles to read over.  Now, don’t get me wrong, I encourage you to go enjoy your life, have an adult beverage if you like, dance on tables, whatever you makes you truly happy.   Just be real with yourself about what it is doing to your physique goals.  Either accept it and be happy or change it.

HEADS UP:  Friday the 13th’s only evening class is at 5pm and then open gym 6pm-8pm.  The olympic weightlifting area will be off limits.
