Ernie and I are a little over two weeks out from a departure for Italy!  Thank you all so much for the support and encouragement.   While we are there, I will do my best to post about our experience and how we do during our lifting sessions.  I am scheduled to lift on the 5th at 9am local time which is 12am here.  Ernie is scheduled to lift on the 9th midday, which will also be in the wee hours of the night here.  By the time you wake up, you will hopefully know all about our awesome performances!

Wednesday’s WOD:

Skill: Muscle Up or Toes to Bar.  Spend 10 mins learning how to be better at one of these.

Conditioning:

By request:  500m Row For Time.  3 Attempts for the best time.  This is for the board!  Shake things up, people.
