80 squats
70 sit ups
60 walking lunges
50 push ups
40 double unders
30 pull ups
20 box jumps
10 wall balls
400m run
 
I know everyone has put in an all out effort when no one is talking for five minutes after the WOD.  I am seeing some contenders for the squat challenge.  This could get serious!
