I happen to see the term Text Neck the other day while on Facebook. For some reason it really makes me laugh, even though it absolutely causes all sorts of issues. I guess just the idea that we have to label something and make it all alarming makes me laugh. Here are some articles to contemplate, hopefully you won’t read them while on your phone and in terrible posture. First one. The second one. People, listen to me. Poor posture will ruin your life! I don’t care if it’s in front of a computer, on the phone, in a car, watching TV, working, or while doing pull ups. Posture is the key! Good hips and good posture! These are the foundation of a good life. Of course, I am being a little facetious, but you can make such a difference in your long term health by having good posture throughout the day and by having strong hips/butt.
On another note, someone invent something for Text Neck. Cut me in on the profits!
